A strategic marketing expert with a multi-disciplinary background, Lesya's expertise spans brand, direct, loyalty, lead nurturing, SEO and CRM with a vision for innovative, return-on-investment based marketing. She has a proven track record of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of sales and marketing to increase revenue and decrease costs. She is an expert in international marketing, with an event planning portfolio of more than 25 international trade shows and is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
As a Marketing Director, Lesya facilitates revenue growth for clients through rigorous development and implementation of marketing plans. Lesya believes that success is a direct product of creativity; and creativity comes from provocative thinking. Lesya holds an MBA from Brock University and Master of Accounting and Auditing from Kiev National Economic University. Prior to settling in Canada, she lived and worked in the UK, France and across Eastern Europe.
