Lisa speaks frequently on B2B marketing and strategy at industry associations, economic development groups and universities. She was the B2B marketing blogger for PROFIT Magazine and has served on the Board of Directors for Innovators Alliance, a peer group for CEOs of fast-growing Ontario firms. She is the youngest female CEO to be named to the PROFIT 100, was nominated for the Top 40 Under 40 and the Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. She is known for cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors and strategic partners and for empowering others through an energetic and passionate leadership style as a manager, mentor and teacher.
As a solid technology marketer with 16+ years with B2B technology products, solutions and services, Linda has the in-depth expertise to take technology SMBs to the next level.
Her extensive knowledge has helped wireless telecommunications, IT and security companies develop global digital marketing and lead generation programs for the complex sale, resulting in improved business, greater brand awareness and extended reach.
Linda is friendly, approachable – and eminently knowledgeable. Her primary expertise lies in marketing strategy, planning and measurement, lead generation and marketing infrastructure. She ensures that marketing plans are properly implemented, executed and measured on a day-to-day basis, and has successfully spearheaded marketing planning, budgeting and resource management in a number of international companies. She is a creative, innovative and tech-savvy social media marketer, which enables her to work well with clients in a wide range of industries such as energy, software, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, etc. Ruta executes social media marketing strategies for clients with a focus on increasing company visibility and engagement.
Ruta graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and political science. How we work with you
We’ll get to know you. We’ll discuss what you want to accomplish and your current marketing. There’s no cost or obligation for this. We’ll present options for working together. At that point you decide if we’re the right fit. If so, we get to work! This process usually takes 2 – 4 weeks, depending on how quickly you want to move.
We follow rigorous processes so your marketing is strategic and systematic. We start with a kick-off to understand your customers, sales cycle and existing marketing. We then design your campaigns, projects or plan (depending on your scope of activities). You can expect kick-off within 2-weeks of giving us the go-ahead in Step One.
Once we’ve confirmed the campaign or project plan, the serious work starts. We implement any immediate changes needed to run your campaign, put tools and technology in place, and start developing your campaign material like content and advertising. Within 8 weeks you’ll start to see your marketing activities at work.
