OVERVIEW
A proudly Canadian company, Southwest Business Products is one of the largest manufacturers of office equipment and supplies in the country. For over 36 years, they have been a leader in binding supplies, print finishing equipment, and presentation and branding materials. They have seven branches across Canada.

SITUATION
Southwest Business Products was going through a unification process. They were working on incorporating different entities within their existing company, as well as integrating a company they had acquired over ten years ago. Each of the entities had their own corporate identity, and they needed to present a unified brand to customers. They wanted to rebrand under one name, Southwest Business Products. To achieve this, they needed a strategic marketing and communications plan. They also wanted to grow leads and win back lost customers to drive revenue. Since they lacked the in-house marketing resources, they sought an agency to help them through the process of rebranding and to initiate a fresh strategy.
